Our founder, Nick Kolziu, was born in Albania and moved to the United States in 2000. After a few years in hospitality, he found his true fit in construction, especially flooring, and began working hands-on in the trade in 2003. The work clicked. He loved seeing spaces transform and knowing his attention to detail made a difference that homeowners could see and feel every day.
In 2005, Nick relocated to Arizona, where he kept sharpening his skills and learning what homeowners here really want: clean job sites, clear communication, and finishes that look great for years. In 2009, he launched Toscani Flooring, building a reputation in the Phoenix metro area for careful craftsmanship and customer care.
As more clients asked for help beyond floors—full remodels, better layouts, and updated spaces—Nick expanded the vision. He earned his Arizona General Contractor’s license and founded Toscani Interior Services LLC in 2024, bringing the same do-it-right mindset to full home remodeling, especially bathroom projects.
