Nick Kolziu was born in Albania in 1979 and made a life-changing move to the United States in October 2000, arriving in New York at the age of 21. After spending his early years working in the hospitality industry, he discovered a passion for construction and began working in flooring in 2003.

In 2005, Nick relocated to Arizona, where he continued building his expertise in flooring installation. Drawing on his growing experience and commitment to quality, he launched Toscani Flooring in March 2009. As a licensed LLC with 16 years in business, the company has built a strong reputation in the Phoenix metro area for its attention to craftsmanship and customer care.

Building on this success, Nick earned his Arizona General Contractor’s license and established Toscani Interior Services LLC in November 2024, expanding the company’s services beyond flooring to all facets of home remodeling.

Nick and his wife (married since 2008) are proud parents of two children. When he’s not overseeing projects, he enjoys traveling with his family and pursuing outdoor activities such as soccer, fishing, and hunting.
